Max HR = 220 - Age

Target Heart Rate Zones:
• Light (50-60%): Max HR × 0.50 to 0.60
• Moderate (60-70%): Max HR × 0.60 to 0.70
• Vigorous (70-85%): Max HR × 0.70 to 0.85
• Peak (85-95%): Max HR × 0.85 to 0.95
Example: 30-year-old with max HR 190 bpm. Fat burn zone: 114-133 bpm. Cardio zone: 133-162 bpm. Peak: 162-190 bpm
