REM Sleep = 480 × 0.22 × 1.0 × 1.0 = 105.6 minutes = 1.76 hours
Light Sleep = 480 × 0.50 = 240 minutes = 4 hours
Deep Sleep = 480 × 0.20 = 96 minutes = 1.6 hours
Awake = 480 - 105.6 - 240 - 96 = 38.4 minutes
Sleep Cycles = 8 / 1.5 = 5.3 complete cycles
